I’ve heard of the Welsh diaspora communities in Argentina before, but I was really struck by the little chapel they showed which looks so much like the Nonconformist chapels you see in little villages in Wales.

That was so cute, seeing how emotional the visitors got at the game. I really loved meeting them and seeing the communities.

It’s always shocking to me, since I no longer pay attention to sports, how fast people are willing to turn on their teams and with such vitriol. It’s one of many reasons I backed away from pro sports and I don’t regret it.
