I got halfway through and stopped.
From my other comment: Do the two main characters get any more likeable? I was reading some reviews and many people said this was called a Slytherin romance when it first came out. I can handle antiheroes or grey morals, but this one is not clicking for me.
I like a badass female character and did not have issues with her previous "relationships", but she could be smarter about not getting blackmailed, maybe? I stopped after the Shadow King killed a guard for not stopping someone from confronting them while swimming and then planned to have the rest of the group killed later. I know he is a villain but that is just poor strategy. I did find his origin story interesting.
