A thriller centered on a woman who suspects her husband is cheating, and enters into an affair of her own, before learning her husband's true, dark secret life.
Situated in a theme park version of the Netherlands

"Situated in a theme park version of the Netherlands"
That was just based on the intro. So not fair I don't think.
For this Dutchman it's an intrigueing mixture of the familiar and the American. Viewing the inside of an old windmill is such a common experience here. Bitterballen!
The movie suggests that in some situations people do speak Dutch. Can that be true?
I laughed out loud when Rob de Nijs - Het werd zomer came around.

I lived and worked in the Holland, MI area for a few years and my company is based there, but I haven't heard much of people speaking Dutch even though almost all of my coworkers from the area are of Dutch descent. However, I do have one person I'm connected to on LinkedIn that regularly reposts articles from other sources that are in Dutch, so maybe?
There is a sort of Netherlands theme park just north of town, Nellis Dutch Village, so you weren't too far off.

Yeah, that seemed unlikely. Still, an intrigueing place.
I first learned about Holland Michigan through find this very well informed website on St Nicholas. Sinterklaas is as Dutch as it gets. And then the best website on it is in the heart of the US? My mind boggled.

I’m not sure I can disagree with the theme park characterization of Holland, MI, though.
