UnREAL?

Is anyone else watching 'UnREAL'? It's fast becoming my favourite thing on teevee and I NEED to talk about it AT LENGTH.

So far we're five episodes deep - they released the first four episodes online via streaming.

It's a soapy, pulpy, deeply cynical drama about the production of a Bachelor-like reality TV show, centred on a dysfunctional but gifted producer, capable of wringing hysterical drama from anyone.

The Pop Culture Happy Hour had a great discussion of UnREAL recently, if, like me, you're hungry for more.

I just looked for it today on FanFare (I also found it via the PCHH discussion) and was disappointed that there weren't existing threads. I agree that it's imperfect, but I also would really like to discuss it!

Yes, you can start with the newest episode, or post every one up to the current episode. And if you do post the backlog, you can do one a day, or all at once, or any other roll-out you wish.

or good decisions. somewhere there has to be a hoard of good decisions to balance all the TERRIBLE ones on the show right?

It's a delicious trainwreck but oh my god watching Quinn is kind of amazing.

The show is not terrible, take it back right now. The characters are all terrible people and they only make terrible decisions but the show is AMAZING.

I have OPINIONS on what all the terrible people on this show should do but we can wait for the episode threads to come up I guess.
