Wonderfalls: Karma Chameleon

Jaye feels inadequate when her Mom's book blurb barely mentions her, until a young woman starts taking in inordinate interest in her.

A bit of a horror episode! With more then one unnecessary twist, but I enjoy watching Jaye be frustrated and the Tylers being their over-achieving selves. Also, for Jaye's whole arc to make sense she's got to be seen as being, well kind of mean person at first.

Remember Gen Y? It was a thing for a hot second. Another in the "wow is this 90s" is the description of Jaye as a typical Gen Y member, those all feel like descriptions of someone who graduated in 1992, not 2002.

This was my least favorite of the bunch, mostly because it's just kinda...weird, and that girl is weird.

I find it's a very funny episode with a completely bonkers plot and everyone is weird. (My actual u favorite episode thankfully happens much later)

A lot of this episode made me really uncomfortable on Jaye's behalf - no kidding about this being a little bit of a horror episode! It's overall funny but has a way more sinister vibe than the first couple of episodes did.

"Mrs. Doubtfire" as a cultural reference. Oh, this show is such an adorable artifact of its time.

I also did not enjoy the stalky-horror vibe, but was glad it cleared up, and glad to hear that is not typical of the rest of the episodes.
