I've always wanted something that could tell other drivers more details about their transgressions rather than just a honk. Like some kind of text display or something. "Wrong way!" "You have a stop sign, I don't!" "That lane is turn only/straight only!"

Of course the "!" should be read as "jackass!".

Some might argue this would be improper and not ideal road behavior...

If you think the "Great Job" horn wouldn't be used ironically in less that 3 minutes, you are crazy. I do think the "throat clearing" horn is a great idea.
