They'd both been drinking. He thought he could get the car back, cleaned up, and pretend nothing happened.

I liked the finale, and I've enjoyed the whole series of The Affair (I feel like I'm in the minority). The part that was a little strange/confusing to me was the part that was caught on camera with Scotty arguing with Alison outside of The Lobster Roll. When he was saying "that's our baby!". When we first saw that a few episodes back, I thought that she had secretly slept with Scotty, which seemed weird because that was never shown or even suggested. But then when they showed it in real time and in context, it seemed like he was saying, that's our baby, with our meaning the Lockhearts? Was that confusing to anyone else?
Anyway, interested to see where S3 goes from here. Will Cole find out that Joanie is his bio child?

Yeah because it was in the context of that silly curse the Lockharts believe in that they won't have another generation. Self-fulfilling prophesy imo.

I really like how the characters on this show feel very real to me and make sense to me. Also after watching a lot of British tv lately it's refreshing to watch a story that takes place where I'm from.
I do think Noah should have just called 911; I think it would have worked out better for him. Am I naive?
