It took me most of the song to realize that they were singing in English? Very strange Weather.
Yeah, what is up with that beagle? I thought last week it was a device to show how little Cecil was willing to do for Maureen. Remember he said, "I would do ANYTHING for you!!!!" to the beagle, which I thought was a way to call attention to how crappy Cecil was being toward Maureen, not even being willing to write her a letter.
But now I'm worried.

Yes, we clearly need to keep an eye on this beagle, if only to determine who's a good boy, oosagooboy, usaguby!

Did Cecil mention that everyone was in a good mood, or was it just Station Management and the City Council?
