Gotham: Into the Woods

Penguin cooks two roasts. Nygma reconnects with an old flame. Selina gets a coat mended. Bruce makes it rain. Barbara gets a hug. Alfred makes breakfast. It's winter time in Gotham, which I'm nearly positive isn't foreshadowing of any sort.

I knew that Titus Andronicus shit was going down from the third time someone said "roast," but it was still very satisfying. Even though I am sad we lost Melinda Clarke so soon. I can't quite get my head around the fact that she was Julie in Return of the Living Dead III...it seems like only yesterday this graced Young Kittens's bedroom wall...sigh! Only one of us has aged a day, and tragically it's me.

I'm still loving this season. The way they're moving all of these pieces around in short 3-episode arcs while still advancing towards larger stories is very well done. Plus the production design, episode direction, and acting has all gotten better. Penguin Manor is truly a thing of beauty.
