Kimmy's bit about "how funny it is what regular people find scary" is hilarious. Watch for callbacks to that.

Also, good heavens I love Dierdre (also from Mad Men). She's note perfect.

Deidre might be my favorite character. She's like some sort of trophy wife Moriarty.

Agreed about Deirdre; she was my favorite part of this season. (apart from one joke in the last or second to last episode I want mention here). She was perfect and for a show with a lot of explicit weirdness, totally plausible. The trophy wife with a Princeton education using social warfare to keep herself from going crazy with boredom? That could totally happen in life. I thought the actress playing her did a really fantastic job, too.

omg yes Anna Camp is spectacular. Her character is just so very perfect. That little throwaway monologue at the auction before she visibly snaps her control back and says she picked up the dogs stationery (previous episode) was one of the best moments of the entire season.

Jacqueline realizing that she'll never get through to the WASPs was heartbreaking. I wanted to think she realized her own complicity in that power structure.

Amy Sedarises best work: the look on her face as she enters that closet.

That Kimmy-running-into-a-soldier-who-immediately-recognizes-she-has-PTSD is the first interesting thing this show's done in a while.
