Arrested Development season four

Any interest in a season four rewatch?

The old rewatch died after the first season, but I wonder if there might be more interest in working through the somewhat more recent season four?

I think part of the problem with any AD discussion is it inevitably devolves into everyone simply spouting their favorite quotes. I'd love to avoid this somehow and have some real discussion.

Well, if you're worried about people spouting favorite quotes, you've certainly found a way to bypass that by suggesting the fourth season.

I've recently revisited season four for the first time and... never again.
But yes, maybe it's just too different from 1-3 to be really enjoyable/funny for me.

My first watch of the revival season was - technically its Arrested Development, but it no longer had the soul of Arrested Development. The choppy chronography was kinda interesting, but the timing was awkward.

There's a TON of stuff to talk about differences in perception and what the "truth" is when perception is king?

While the X-Files revival allowed for a couple of good episodes to be made, AD would have been better off being left alone without a "movie" season. I hope Community doesn't get revivified/zombied like this.

I think it's a good idea but my schedule is too erratic at the moment to commit to a regular thing.
