I'm shamefully behind due to reasons that are not being-out-of-the-country-based, so I feel you. I loved the first episode and once I have more than 5 seconds to sit still I will surely listen to Episodes #2 and #3!

The plot is unfolding, and is moving from "weird taped messages that mess with you" to "weird taped messages that seem to have some purpose, maybe, and kinda mess with you". I'm liking where the story's going...

So many questions!

Is the speaker on the tapes the same person that watches the cameras, that cares about the patient? Is it the same person that the patient saw at the café, in the park? Are they sisters? Is the whole society arranged in this way, with no siblings and a sanitized history, or is it just in the Institute?
