I've only just now watched this episode, and I'm definitely having Thoughts Several about it, but I nearly jumped out of my skin at about 15:30 in, when they're hanging out with their neighbors, because I recognize those neighbors. They're my neighbors. And not just any neighbors, but those neighbors. And in the spirit of the show, I'm now questioning everything. Is Caveh my neighbor? Are they actually friends with these people? Is Caveh as much a monster as they are? Why is metafiction impinging on my actual, no-shit real life, and should it have come as any surprise?
