Oh snap, I forgot to say, her own sister sold her out! Her sister apparently told the Institute "many things", according to Hester.

I assumed the sister had been hauled in for interrogation, not given Oleta up willingly, but in a world where all your emotional ties are abruptly severed at age 10, maybe you do what you must because you can.
This episode (the whole series really, but especially this one) reminds me of That Chapter in Unwind. You'll feel a tugging near your ankles. It's nothing to be concerned about.

Oleta must have destroyed the previous tape like requested, though, since Hester mentions that the Institute believes her to have been encouraged by a fellow patient.
I had a few thoughts about the scar on Oleta's abdomen, though. I am still wondering if that abdomen bug that was mentioned a few episodes back is real and some sort of tracking device.
