Oliver returns to the mayor's office and faces one of his most pressing issues yet, the forced release of dozens of violent criminals prosecuted by Adrian Chase. Meanwhile, a crate is delivered to Oliver's office containing a mysterious corpse encased in concrete.
*AV Club recap - Arrow might have made its villain too damn powerful
*IGN review - Oliver Queen comes full circle.
*Den of Geek review - The story drags hard in order to set the stage for a - hopefully - climactic finale.
*EW recap - Chase’s next move forces Oliver and Thea to confront who their father really was.

It's amazing how that building in which Oliver and Digg almost got trapped was on fire in Central City just one day earlier.

Spacetime is convoluted in the DCCW multiverse. I live two blocks from Supergirl's apartment and four blocks from Iris West's apartment despite them being in different cities on different Earths.

Having a villain in a glass prison is just lazy foreshadowing. He'll be out next episode, presumably holding William hostage.
Oliver's a bit of a hypocrite. The Team Arrow graveyard is so full they have to bury people standing up. So what if his father accidentally killed one person?
