Samurai Jack's worst fear is realized when he faces off against Aku, and a daughter of Aku addresses the theory of nature versus nurture.
"You are now hearing the voice of Aku! Unfortunately, I will no longer be available for any more appointments. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Now, go!"

I was a little disappointed in this episode. It seemed like a placeholder to whatever is going to come next.

I was really surprised Jack gave up, even for love. He's never given up before. At least, not in this way.
