Lovely, one-of-a-kind film. Laura Dern? Excellent. Kristen Stewart? Great, as usual. (Love that she seems to have such good taste, too.) Lily Gladstone? Revelatory — a fine and unexpected performance.

For those not convinced of the rightness of director Kelly Reichardt, her earlier Meek's Cutoff, with Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Shirley Henderson, Zoe Kazan and Bruce Greenwood, is streaming on Netflix right now.
