[TRAILER] Jim Jarmusch's film presents five stories, each involving a cab ride and set in a different city around the world. In Los Angeles, no-nonsense taxi driver Corky (Winona Ryder) gets an engaging customer in the form of a Hollywood casting agent (Gena Rowlands). In New York, streetwise YoYo (Giancarlo Esposito) finds his cabbie Helmut (Armin Mueller-Stahl) knows precious little about how to actually drive. In Paris, a cabbie (Isaach de Bankolé) spars with a blind customer (Béatrice Dalle). In Rome, quirky driver Gino (Roberto Benigni) makes a lively confession to an ailing priest (Paolo Bonacelli). And finally, in Helsinki, somber Mika (Matti Pellonpää) picks up three men headed home after a night of drinking their troubles away. [more inside]

[TRAILER] New York City police investigator Dewey Wilson (Albert Finney) is trying to solve a series of grisly deaths in which the victims have seemingly been maimed by feral animals. He teams up with expert criminologist Rebecca Neff (Diane Venora), and together they stumble upon a band of inner-city Native Americans, led by the streetwise Eddie Holt (Edward James Olmos), who warns Wilson and Neff about a wolf-like, mythical creature that could offer a shocking solution to this disturbing case. The Coen brothers's newest Western anthology. Debuted on Netflix last night. Staring Tim Blake Nelson, Liam Neeson, James Franco, Zoe Kazan, Tyne Daly, and Tom Waits. The film is presented in the form of a short story collection called The Ballad of Buster Scruggs and Other Tales of the American Frontier. Segments in between depict a hand turning the pages of a book as it goes through the six chapters. [more inside]
