More back story is revealed and several characters are scheming inside Dracula's War Court of Dignitaries ...

Trevor and Alucard continue to bicker.

Sypha continues to remain calm.

At Dracula's castle, the vampire mistress Carmilla (voiced by Jamie Murray) arrives and criticizes Dracula's approach to the war.

Isaac's backstory and hatred for humanity are explained in flashback.

Trevor and Alucard's dynamic was a welcome and enjoyable addition to this season IMO.

Samizdata, I'm watching individual episodes quite slowly, but I do love the interactions between Trevor and Alucard. I thought it was a highlight! Their snark is strong.

But the tension isn't the only thing driving their story, which is very good.
