It's up to James Bond expy Bart Fargo (Bart Fargo Bart Fargo Bart Fargo) to rescue him, to the tune of an unusually catchy soundtrack. Ba dup ba dup ba da da! Agent For H.A.R.M. is still my favorite MST3K spy film, but I have to admit this one is pretty good.

This one has some really good riffing, I think. And Frank as an agent is a great sketch.
