The Flash: Luck Be A Lady

Barry and the team are hit by a string of bad luck and realize it is the handiwork of a new meta nicknamed Hazard, who has the ability to give others bad luck while cashing in the benefits for herself. Meanwhile, Harry Wells returns to Earth-1 to give Wally a message from Jesse.

This was the most fun I've had since S1 with this show. Hazard was hilarious, and I wish I had the capital to start producing breakup cubes, or some version that's different enough to not run afoul of CW lawyers. I had to pause the show to catch my breath after the whole sequence with Wells and poor Wally.

Also, I know I've been on about wanting Cowboy Wells or some other crazy new iteration of the character, but the truth is that it's nice to see Dick Wells and Cisco back together again.

Had Jesse’s hologram worked, we would have learned that the Earth-2 Breakup Cube comes preloaded with Miko’s breakup script.

That was fun! But I'm a little disappointed that Wally is departing in such a "well, see ya" kind of way. I was wondering where he was during the mayhem; I care Wally, I care.

I had to rewind to hear that again. I love that catchphrase. Absolutely love it. I'm waiting for a chance to use it in real life sometime. I should go to city council meetings and speak about corruption.

I had the same feeling. In the end, she didn't go back to robbing banks - she just kept gambling knowing she had super-luck and technically there is no law against that (and she didn't know it would eventually cause an explosion). In reality, she would have been thrown out of the casino long before the city was in danger.

No need to examine that samurai robot head, it can't be a camera or anything dangerous.
