wow the asshole president turns out to also may be a treasonous jerk, who knew!?

I know we all screamed at Kara to tell Lena her secret over and over but I now kinda see why Kara doesn't want to tell her. Man that's hard.

I mean, sure, now Kara's stuck in a damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't situation, but that could've been avoided by not keeping it a secret from Lena so long in the first place. Lena will absolutely feel betrayed when she finds out Kara's Supergirl, because it's legitimately a betrayal. I'm still frustrated by that plot beat whenever it comes up.

Seconded, mstokes. I can get why it's a bad idea to have a Luthor know that info, but at the same time it makes Lena look dumber than shit, and she's not. Haaaaaaaaate it, hate the inevitable wanker bomb that will go off Flash-style.
