My feelings:
- that's not how the pulitzer prize works!
- that's not how employment contracts work!
- everything Lena Luthor says in Kara's presence about truth and honesty and integrity is so deeply, perfectly cutting
- the confession speech was really good
- pants are a good idea but I hope the suit goes on faster sometimes (and I feel like having your regular work clothes on under your super suit would be awfully uncomfortable)
- Alex and Kelly were extremely charming (Hans Gruber!)
- I'm excited for/enjoying the Lena/Kara conflicts, but if Lena ends up doing something irredeemable this season, I'm gonna be so mad

On the one hand: I second "that's not how the prize works!" and the bit about contracts. On the other hand, I wanted to say, "you two twats are criticizing a girl who just won a fucking Pulitzer?!?!"

I think James is heading for the exit on this show. Which would be reasonable because while the guy seems nice, he's never quite really found a niche there.

I wonder what happens to Kara's original clothes when the suit is on? That said, pants! Also, why couldn't she have pants years ago?
