I don’t know if anyone here is still watching but I had to tell someone and no one in my sphere is watching this.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK

I was fine with a lot of the additions—I actually really liked the Villard episode—but why are they turning Lia into such a monster!? I don’t see how this adds to the story in a beneficial way at all. I don’t need Lia to be a saint but homicide and a cover-up?

I will keep watching this until the end because I am a completist and am obsessed with the world-building of this show. But I am deeply dissatisfied with where they have taken Lia’s character that doesn’t seem consistent with any prior Limetown properties. Am I alone on this? Does anybody have a through line of how this makes any sense at all or advances the themes of the show?

I'm developing a rule I call the BSGBSVBC Rule: if more than two actors from Battlestar Galactica are in a show, it's just some bullshit made indifferently in Vancouver, British Columbia. (This one has Alessandro Juliani, Rekha Sharma, and Kandyse McClure.)
