This is the Munchausen Syndrome movie you think it is, but expertly acted and well-directed. The ending is better, too.

Just popping in to say that I thought that I was on AskMeFi for a moment and thought to myself.... "this one is going to be juicy."

This was so much thrilling fun and I liked the late turn into camp (there's a moment that basically starts the third act that's hilarious and I think it's 100% meant to be hilarious). Sarah Paulson does her thing like no one else -- she was both sweet and menacing without ever really changing how she played the role all that much.

Actress Kiera Allen is actually a wheelchair user and I didn't know that until I looked her up after I watched this.

I think I will probably watch this again.

This was really fun - although having read this thread before watching it I'm now wondering what the hilarious moment was, edencosmic, as I didn't pick up on it. I felt incredibly tense throughout, particularly during the rooftop scene.

The performances elevate this movie above what you might expect. I knew Sarah Paulson was good and Kiera Allen really brought Chloe to life.
