That should be Carla Gugino rather than Carla Guignol. Directed by one of the writers of Snakes on a Plane. It was part of a block of films which were remakes of AIP films from Creature Features Productions made for, I think, HBO (I could be wrong about that). This one was a remake of She-Creature though it bears only a passing resemblance to that film.
