Great episode!

+++ for Jennifer's outfit during her takeover in the boardroom.

It actually took me a second to clue-in about the 2015 Katarina. All along I was hoping for Cole to find his 2015 self, but, for whatever reason, it never occurred to me that Katarina was around then, too.

I was a little disappointed with Cole's departing talk with Katarina, where he said he could tell her everything he knew, so she could do things differently. And, they both agree it would be best if he didn't because fucking-with-timey-wimey-stuff. His original mission was to kill someone for crying out loud. How much more fucking-with-timey-wimey-stuff can you get? In his previous splinters, he would go back to 2043 and give that Jones all sorts of new information for her to act on. I'm not sure giving her the info in 2015 would be a bad thing, all things considered. And, by this time, it should be pretty apparent to everyone that there's no way anyone knows what's supposed to happen and what's disruption-of-the-timeline.

Still, this was one of the strongest episodes of the series. Some great backstory-building.

Yeah, I don't know if it's been explicitly stated, but to me a large part of the justification for sending Cole back in time to muck with the past is that, whatever he does, he can hardly make things any worse than they already are in 2043. Given that, I don't think it makes much sense not to tell 2015 Katarina as much as possible.
