*Jack and Phryne share candle-lit dinners.

This is the first-series episode I liked the most. It wasn't ridiculously easy to figure out who the killer was, and the characters were all pretty well fleshed out with regards to traits, motives, and how those two characteristics interacted.

Wasn't it Dot, though? I thought Phryne knew because Dot told her it looked like Camellia was reading the letters.
