Holy shit. I iMDb'd the actress who plays Tessa because she looked familiar. You know who she is? She's the terrifying homicidal tyke from Orphan. YT trailer to jog your memory.

LizBoBiz, I immediately thought the husband had done it, but given this show I'm going to guess they'll say that the impending aneurism or whatever is what made her want to leave him, because I don't see them wandering off into a domestic violence subplot.
Meanwhile, after 3 years it turns out that what I needed to find Bill even the slightest bit endearing was... football trading cards nerd Bill!
Can someone explain to me what the deal was in the scene between Virginia, the white fanboy at the elevator, and the black security guard (?) giving them the side-eye?

He wasn't a fanboy, that was the same guy who gave Bill the "I'm here to tell you Hell is a real place" haranguing in the beginning of the episode. I took the side eye as the guard's way of saying "Leave the lady alone now" or "I've got your back, lady"

No problem, TwoStride.
Poor Tessa. That was just heartbreaking.
I'd been really into Jane/Lester back in S1, and was sad when the character disappeared off to Hollywood, but it threw me to have her inexplicably back and married to him after getting invested in Lester+Barbara last season. We know Lester must have gotten his boner back, but are we to get no closure on whether Barbara got relief from her vaginismus?
No idea where they're going with the neighbor's aneurism. (Especially since it's a Libby sub-plot, those do seem to be all over the place)
