The brothers have a prank war. Todd runs himself ragged trying to be all things to all people.
I'd normally describe more, but that was about it. Mike is a billion times better at pranking than Tandy, and Tandy goes around half-shaved and with a blue face (with white powder on it) because of it. Tandy eventually gets Mike back a bit by doing a prank letter from their parents, and they make up.
Meanwhile, Todd shares sexual details about his girlfriends to each other, which they are unthrilled about. He also shaves half of his head and pubes in solidarity for Tandy. And at the end of the episode, Carol asks Todd to put Tandy's baby in her belly and he says yes.

I'm surprised that Tandy is the *older* brother, because really, this is pure picked on little bro behavior.
