Channel Zero: Candle Cove, Part Three: Want to See Something Cool?
October 26, 2016 12:43 PM - Season 1, Episode 3 - Subscribe
Mike must convince Gary that Candle Cove is behind the murders. Marla, Jessica, and Amy frantically search for Mike.
Holy shit, is there anything scarier than a gang of kids killing adults for hot cocoa, though?
Teacher of the CENTURY, is what I'm saying. I kind of love this trend where they just blank out swears and you can catch them later on Hulu or whatever, because hearing that lady say you don't fuck with Mike Painter is going to be epic.

I think I'm giving up on this show. It's dull as hell until a moment or two of OMG CREEPY at the very end, and it's just not holding my attention in the slightest.

Whatever y'all I fucking love this show. I love the teeth, the burning person, the television.
I love how when someone asks Mike a question it suddenly flashes to a scary scene, just enough to feel like a slap in the face. It reminds me of my own intrusive thoughts.
I also really, really love how they don't rely on any tropes on non-communication. There's no prolonged "they don't believe me" angst, people question people, and people give good answers. I appreciate how Mike's mom immediately went looking for him. It feels real to me.

The daylight scenes of this show are gorgeous. Anyone have any idea where those aerial shots are from?
