Will they give Rosalee a supernaturally-speedy pregnancy or something? They can't put Chekov's uterus on the mantle like that and not use it before the finale, gaah! (Maybe it'll just be something cute like she's having Blutbad & Fuchsbau fraternal twins instead of one Blutbad/Fuchsbau hybrid?)
I didn't mind the return to procedural much, the scene of Renard trying to be all captain-y again to Nick, Hank, and Wu was pretty amusing, and I'm enjoying Meissner the Sassy Ghost.

Is it my imagination, or has Meissner lost a lot of his European accent? I thought he sounded almost American at times. If I'm right, this could be a clue...

Mogur, I hadn't really noticed it, but the AV Club agrees with you -- "(Death has apparently played with his voice too, as his accent work this episode is hilariously inconsistent.)"

well he's a figment of Renard, so perhaps Renard can't do the accent in his head?

Is Rosalee gonna have some kind of wolf/fox puppies? Because ew. Though I guess Diana may make a great OB/GYN someday :P I think the kid playing her is freaking marvelous. Beautiful, semi-innocent, creepy. Also LOL'd at Renard's reaction to her talking about Nick and then Diana being all, "mom said you'd say that."
I was unthrilled that they are doing Monster of the Week at this late date in the show's run with an end date going on. Sigh. On the other hand, the case was interesting. I don't know why the hell the guy had to have an unnecessary third arm (or why he cared if the killer baby he was going to eat was sick), but I'm intrigued by these Dead Zone sort of premises. I liked how the police quietly took the mom seriously even as the husband (what an ass) kept screaming that she was insane over and over again. No wonder that marriage would end. But yeah, even if they do believe the Cuegle, it's not like they can just like, ethically leave him be to eat the baby, nor can they explain that to the mother.
I seriously wonder if the way to solve this baby issue would be to oh, get rid of Dad instead, since it sounds like he ruins everything for everybody. Maybe there's another way to fend off baby serial killer, a la Babylon 5's "Lost Tales." Maybe a nice secret adoption?
Nick's "What, no medals?" is the most snark I've ever heard out of the guy. Go Nick! Being funny! Who knew you had it in you?

There are some wesen from the diaries I hope we finally get to see, like Bhari Kadama, Empousai, Sairento Shi (ninjas!) and Trasque.
And some kind of chameleon-like wesen is overdue.
