A new Yes Yes No, plus Sruthi meets her first fully-functional cyborg.
I thought the Norm Kelly YYN was a little thin at first, so I'm glad they did the follow up with him, because the idea that this old white dude went to the library to look information on Drake is delightful, possibly more delightful than his twitter account.

Can someone decode the brief exchange between Drake and Kelly at the basketball game? I couldn't understand what was said (and I probably wouldn't understand what it meant).
Seems like the Norm Kelly fandom is for real. There's a shop where you can buy Norm t-shirts and pretty funny Valentines. (The term 6Dad has something to do with Drake?)

Will listen again but the bit I remember is Norm calling him the 6 God as that's a nickname for Drake based on where he's from, and Norm is the 6 dad due to his age.

I found the second half of this story really distasteful. It starts out with the interviewer making a poor joke ("you're the fastest typist I've ever seen") which is clearly false, and Eric responds with a line I can't remember but made me feel super embarrased to hear.
There were some other exchanges in the interview that gave me pause. They focused on how he did tech support for people and segued into how he is a medical expert and runs a research nonprofit. Being good at technology isn't on the same par as running a research nonprofit.
And then, Sruthi asks a lot of prying questions about "so what did you sound like before?" and "So I know you said you hate to remember the bad times, but can you dredge some of that up for me?"
I don't blame her for asking those questions, because they seem like fine questions, but I dislike that they strung that into the narrative. Sruthi wrapped it up with a bow about how he no longer has is body, so he's perfected his mind. But I just.... I don't feel like that was the story he wanted to tell.
Anyway, Eric seems to be happy with the story, he's linked to it from his blog. But I really felt bad listening to this.
