OK, not completely off-book - the war in Fillory is in the books, but I don't think they ever had financial troubles.

Yeah I wonder if they are going to go with the book resolution to the war....seeing how much cheaper it would be to film a 1 vs. 1 fight instead of two massive armies I would bet that's what they will do.
