I was literally sitting outside and eating a hot dog on my rushed lunch break in NYC when the New York food riff came on. I feel personally attacked.

Off topic a bit, but I got the mods to fix the MBMBAM podcast vs TV show bug. They now have separate show indexes.

Currently a debate is raging in the MaxFunNYC Facebook group over whether toasting bagels is ok. This is really getting to people.

I know not with what weapons World War 3 will be fought, but World War 4 will be fought with cream cheese.

Ideal bagels --- I'm thinking a H&H straight from the factory, R.I.P. --- do not require toasting. Less than ideal bagels can benefit greatly. Standard corner deli bagel, untoasted, is a crime against carbs. Toasted poppy with cream cheese and tomato is the breakfast of champions.
