There is no Quickfire as the chefs take on the famed Restaurant Wars elimination challenge. Divided into two teams, the chefs are tasked to conceptualize and create two restaurants, each featuring a three-course progress menu with at least two options for each course for 100 hungry diners. Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined by “Top Chef” alum Nina Compton and “Top Chef Canada” judge Janet Zuccarini. [more inside]

The chefs pick an ingredient from the pantry and are tasked with preparing a dish while also incorporating the judges’ surprise ingredients.
