The elephant koi call Aang's name as the Avatar, Sokka and Katara, arrive at Kyoshi island as part of Aang's to do list. Almost immediately the gang is captured by fierce green clad, fan wielding women, the Kyoshi Warriors, who teach Sokka that dressing like a girl also means dressing like a warrior.
