Suits: Errors and Omissions

Harvey discovers that the judge in his patent case has a personal vendetta against him, while Louis tries to blackmail Mike in order to get his help bringing in a valuable client. [IMDB]
Louis and his character arc/rollercoaster is why I think of this show as being for teenagers, specifically as a set of illustrations of how/how not to approach and resolve interpersonal and internal conflicts.
Every character explains everything to every other character all the time on this show. As an adult, most small teams I've been on share goals and motivations so closely that, by the end of a project, every member is a native speaker of an impenetrable creole of business jargon and inside jokes.

Suits is the last surviving version of USA's spate of shows that could be described as "a 13-year-old's idea of a cool [insert job here]":
Psych was a 13-year-old's idea of a cool private detective.
Royal Pains was a 13-year-old's idea of a cool doctor.
Burn Notice was a 13-year-old's idea of a cool spy.
They also tried doing this with female leads (Covert Affairs, Fairly Legal, Necessary Roughness), but they never landed as well.

- I liked the parallel blackmailing plotlines between Harvey vs Judge and Mike vs Louis
- Louis is so cringey! So far it's good and satisfying to set him up as the fall guy, but I hope he doesn't become annoying.
- Still loving how strong the female characters are. Mike and Harvey are clearly the heroes but Rachel, Jessica and even Donna hold their own very well within their respective roles.
