I believe a general rule to live by is don't wake up anyone that doesn't have to be. If they're going to be late for work, sure. If you think they should be sleeping in another way or place, let them be.

The judge is wrong in almost every possible way regarding sleeping in jeans, starting with his somehow being unaware that Pajama Jeans are a thing, and continuing through the indefensible claim that the complainant doesn't actually like what he likes.
(As an insomniac, I'm intimately familiar with weird practices sometimes being an aid to sleep, and the act of waking somebody up because you allegedly want them to sleep better strikes me as monstrous. So.)
