Sterling "Half Fainting Goat" Archer thinks he is going to die so is motivated to make amends.
This episode gives the Archer treatment to half a dozen stock sitcom plots. Everyone needs to keep a secret; big boss is being mean because they got troubles; dying character making amends; a couple cycles of a main character thinking they have a disease and then not; special episode raising awareness of a rare but real disease; whole cast in the hospital waiting room; probably a couple more I didn't catch. This episode is great.
And while a Kreiger light episode he has some of the most quotable lines in the episode.

"Ah, Piggly"
"Ah, Goatly"
Trinette knows Archer isn't Seamus' father.
"Fuck your dolphin, Pam!"
