Vulture recap - Heart of Glass
This was a tough one to watch. During season one I thought the show did a pretty deft job at doing things that were shocking but not done for shock value. This episode seemed like it was a lot further on the shock value side.
Like, Patty's trick with the unloaded gun is such a cliche, it seems beneath Cato's character to fall for it. The show did a better version of that scene last season when Tom gave Sam the loaded rifle.
