The battle is rejoined as Sid returns with an army of everybody from Season Two (except for the big-name guest stars, because they couldn't afford them). The shift from our title character to Richard having the most important plot arc becomes more or less official, as the former king finally becomes The One True King, gallops off to keep Roberta from going to Spinster Island, and watches Tad Cooper grow into a dragon. Oh, and also Galavant marries Isabella, Madalena seeks out the Dark Evil Lord, Gareth realizes he's meant to be an adventurer (and takes Sid with him), and Weird Al And His Singing Monks return to sing us out... After the Jester's recap song (set to the original theme song), the armies of Valencia and Hortensia and the Undead clash. Galavant and Isabella make up, Wormwood turns the zombies, and Madalena makes her choice between evil and... slightly less evil. It all happens around Chef and Gwynne's shack, inconveniently located on the battlefield.

Galavant got a second season, and everyone on the show is as surprised as we are! In the first part, Gal and Richard are waylaid at a bar frequented by Richard's "uncle", and everyone else adjusts to their new place in society. In the second part, Izzy and Gal come to a less charitable appraisal of their memorable first kiss.
