This week's topic is on the subject of the folk who's job it is to examine dead bodies in forensic autopsies, coroners and medical examiners, jobs that are often woefully underfunded and ill-equipped, and in the case of coroners, doesn't even require a medical license or degree to perform, often being an elected position. Cases of abuse and incompetence are rife, and we've known this since 1857. Here it is on Youtube (22m). Also covered is a group entered in the Eurovision contest, Hatari, who are, in their own words, an "Islandic Award-Winning Anti-Capitalist Techno Performance BDSM Band." LWT is off next week.

Thanks to LOGO TV's contract to broadcast Saturday's Grand Final, the semifinal rounds are not available to viewers in the US via YouTube, and the Eurovision.tv stream is relatively low quality. One freely available (no VPNs necessary!) and high-quality source is the Swedish broadcaster, SVT. This is probably the correct link for today's stream. Just a question/poll I'm throwing out there, but out of the mods, who do you think would be best on Eurovision, and why?
Eurovision times, viewing
The semi-finals are on Tuesday and Thursday, and the final is on Saturday. All start at 9pm Central European Time, or 8pm in the UK, or 3pm on east coast USA. Watching is available through your TV in Europe (BBC in the UK), online, and there's an option in the USA.
Oh, and the interval act will apparently be Justin Timberlake, fuelling speculation that the USA may be allowed to enter in a forthcoming year.
